Surveys Overview
Surveys in GuideMode collect structured feedback from team members to measure team health, AI effectiveness, discovery processes, and delivery performance through periodic questionnaires aligned with the SPACE framework.
What Surveys Measure
Section titled “What Surveys Measure”GuideMode surveys cover five key areas:

How Surveys Work

Survey Lifecycle
Section titled “Survey Lifecycle”- Schedule defines when, who, and what questions
- Instances are created for each targeted user
- Responses capture answers when users complete surveys
- Analytics aggregate responses into actionable insights
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”Flexible Scheduling
Section titled “Flexible Scheduling”- Weekly - Same day each week (e.g., every Monday at 9am)
- Monthly - Same business day each month
- Triggered - Based on activity (e.g., after 25 AI sessions)

Smart Targeting
Section titled “Smart Targeting”- Organization-wide - All members receive surveys
- Team-based - Only selected teams
- Individual - Specific users for follow-ups
Fatigue Prevention
Section titled “Fatigue Prevention”Built-in limits prevent survey overload:
- Minimum 7 days between surveys per user
- Maximum 1 pending survey per user at a time

Instance Status
